Check-in

We kindly request you and/or your guest(s) to present a valid identification document upon check-in. All hotel guests must be 18 years or older at check-in. Children under 18 years old must stay under parental supervision.

Warranty

We will hold the reservation guaranteed until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 6:00 PM, please contact the hotel reception.

Parking

Unfortunately, it is not possible to park your car at the hotel. It is best to park in a public parking garage near the hotel, such as Parking Indigo Antwerp National Bank or the parking of Antwerp Central Station
