Pet Rules

We understand that your pet is part of the family and we are happy to welcome them with us. To ensure that the stay of you, your pet and other guests is as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below.

1. Pet registration

• Pets are only allowed in our Deluxe Rooms.

• Always register your pet when booking your room. Not all rooms are suitable for pets, so it is important that we know in advance.

• Upon arrival we ask for a supplement of EUR 20.00 per night per pet.

2. Allowed pets

• Only dogs and cats are allowed in the hotel.

• Maximum 2 pets per room.

3. Hygiene and cleanliness

• Pets must be clean and well cared for.

• Make sure your pet is always on a leash when in public areas of the hotel.

• Do not leave your pet alone in the room unless this has been coordinated with the reception in advance and your pet is used to being left alone without causing a nuisance.

4. Accessible areas.

• Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness and fitness area.

• However, pets are allowed in the room, lobby and bar.

5. Walking of dogs

• Please always walk your dog outside the hotel and keep clean-up materials (such as bags) handy.

• Make sure your dog does not cause a nuisance on or around the hotel grounds.

6. Responsibility

• You remain fully responsible for your pet during your stay, including damage to hotel property or nuisance to other guests.

• The hotel reserves the right to charge you for any damage or cleaning costs.
